I understand the importance of optimal movement from an athletic perspective as well as proper mobility for our day to day living. After having a personal experience with my own loss of functional movement due to ongoing postural and emotional stressors, I decided to follow my dream of working with the human body by becoming a Massage Therapist.
I firmly believe our ability to move through the world with ease gives us a greater quality of life. Losing the ability to live a full and active life can be incredibly frustrating and disempowering. I want to change that.
Whether you are looking to address stress, calm your nervous system or regain functional movement, I look forward to building a trusted relationship and unique treatment plans for each individual client.
